Chapter II: We Big, Medium and Small

Article 3: Original Members

The original members of the International Board of Entreps shall be: founders, investors, governments, institutions and associations (either global, continental, national, regional or local), junior and senior entreps, autonomous workers, business ventures and companies of any kind, entreping or encouraging entrepment which, having participated in the process of creating the International Board of Entreps, or having previously signed the Declaration of support to the International Board of Entreps, sign the present Magna Carta (if expressly accepted by this Board).

Article 4: Come

1. Membership in the International Board of Entreps is open to all other governments, institutions and associations (either global, continental, national, regional or local), junior and senior entreps, autonomous workers, business ventures and companies of any kind, entreping or encouraging entrepment which accept the obligations contained in the present Magna Carta and, in the judgment of the Organization, are able and willing to carry out these goals.

2. The admission of any such agent to membership in the International Board of Entreps will be approved by a decision of this Board and gives the new member the right to get a unique certificate, signed by our President, to prove its status.

Article 5: Stay

A member of the International Board of Entreps who seriously breaks our basic Principles, though this circumstance is expected to be exceptional, may be suspended from the exercise of the rights and privileges of membership by the General Board or the President upon the recommendation of the Founders. The exercise of these rights and privileges may be restored by the same route ex officio or in calling the suspended one.

Article 6: Leave

A member of the International Board of Entreps who has consistently violated the basic Principles contained in the present Magna Carta may be expelled from the Organization by the General Board or the President upon the recommendation of the Founders.
