Chapter III: The International Board of Entreps

Article 7: Committees Around the World

1. Established principal directors and committees of the International Board of Entreps include: a President, an Honorary President, a Chief Executive Officer; a Secretary-General; a General Director for every region of the world; Ambassadors of the International Board of Entreps, a Circular Board and a General Board.

2. Such subsidiary directors and committees as may be found necessary may be established in accordance with the present Magna Carta like several boards on different sectors, identified regions of the world and levels of turnovers (from startups to companies with sales over 500 million euros a year); Investors’ Boards for stock market investors; runners of Capital Risk and Venture Capital; Business Angels and Crowd funding ventures on different levels of offered funds; Financial Boards; Innovation Boards; Press Boards; Little Boards for children and teenagers from just kids to 15 years old gaining business skills; University Boards for youth between 16 and 30 years old gaining business skills; Senior Boards for former business people; Entities and Institutions’ Boards for governments, associations and foundations helping entreps; Prominent personalities’ Boards for influential people; etc.

Article 8: Equality

The International Board of Entreps shall place no restrictions on the eligibility of men and women to participate in any capacity and under conditions of equality in its principal and subsidiary committees.
